One Congress Tower is a new, forty-six story office tower in the heart of Boston, MA and it is a great example of the synergies of Sarnafil and Hydrotech's roofing solutions. The main 33,000 sq. ft. roof utilized a fully adhered Sarnafil membrane that protects the boiler room, elevator machine room, and cooling tower well areas.
Located on the lower amenity deck levels you will find green roof and amenity spaces that employed Hydrotech's Monolithic Membrane 6125® to protect critical building space. MM6125® is perfect for buried waterproofing membrane applications due to its lack of seams, conforms to irregular surfaces, 215 mils thick with fabric reinforcement, and more.
The iconic One Congress Tower now has several beautiful roof areas, thanks to Sika Roofing!
