The Prudential Tower is a historical building that brought new economic opportunity to Boston when it was built in 1964. To preserve the iconic building renovation efforts were launched in 2022 and the project completed in 2023. It was not a project without its own challenges but in the end the design team came out on top and our favorite aspect is the renovation of the observation deck, which stands out as a must see tourist stop. Visitors can experience a unique panoramic birds-eye view of the city while enjoying the hospitality of the restaurant and bar.

Hydrotech's Ultimate Assembly Ipe Wood Tile pavers were used to beautify the 13,000 square foot exterior deck. We are happy to see this adaptive re-use project capitalize on an otherwise under-utilized space and that Monolithic Membrane 6125® will be protecting it for years to come.
