Reston Gateway Towers A and B are part of a new mixed-used development in the business district of Reston Town Center, VA. Completed in 2021, the first phase brought in successful technology and business companies to a growing urban community conveniently situated next to a metro station. Aiming for a LEED Gold rating, the design team put an emphasis on green roofing, terraces, and material tracking, which brought numerous tenant amenities.
Hydrotech's Garden Roof® and Ultimate Assembly® proudly protect the podium deck that connects both buildings and the various rooftop spaces totaling more than 90,000 square feet. With an additional 60,000 square feet of Monolithic Membrane 6125® protecting the parking deck areas.
