The Lubber Run Community Center replaces a community center originally constructed in the 1950s in Arlington, VA. Lubber Run brings a net-zero energy facility with over 60,000 square feet of public park space over structure to the local community, while being kept watertight by MM6125 with landscaping powered by the Garden Roof Assembly. The landscape design of the steep sloped lawns are secured by GardNet and add vertical interest and dimension to the park.
