Monolithic Membrane 6125 keeps this structure watertight and allows for landscape design to be incorporated because it brings a peace of mind that the structure will not leak. The beautiful vegetated roof incorporated Hydrotech's Garden Roof and Ultimate Assembly components. Large swaths of ornamental grasses and InstaGreen Sedum Carpet expanded the plant palette, which provide a soft backdrop to the concrete, steel, and wood hardscape elements.
