CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (February 1, 2018) The Chicago Blackhawks have captured the hearts of the city of Chicago along with three Stanley Cups in the last decade.

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (October 11, 2017) American Hydrotech – a market leader in the development and distribution of premium waterproofing and roofing products and assemblies, today announced the introduction of the InstaGreen® GT-4 pre-vegetated tray, an expansion of the InstaGreen® product line within the Garden Roof® portfolio of assemblies.

On October 10, 2017 at 2PM CDT, Hydrotech will be discussing the number of ways that storm water can be managed on the roof top, including vegetated roof and blue roofs. These high capacity assemblies can be efficient means of managing storm water, particularly in the urban environment.

On September 19, 2017, Hydrotech will be presenting Beauty Meets Performance: Vegetated Roofs as a Stormwater BMP. The intent of the lunch series is to help water professionals better understand the design, construction, and maintenance of green infrastructure.

Wind data is a critical issue to consider when building a new structure. An increase in the number of green roofs on buildings has driven a need for new wind design standards to be written for vegetative roofing assemblies.

(November 15, 2016) Richard Hayden, Hydrotech's Garden Roof Department Manager, will be speaking at the 2016 LED Specifier Summit and High Performance Building Forum.

(September 28, 2016) Washington State has always been considered a pioneer when it comes to the adoption of greener and more sustainable practices. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (July 1, 2016) City Creek Center in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, is one of the largest mixed-use urban developments built in the last 10 years. It's also one of the most innovative.

From one perspective, sustainable building is an ancillary industry, relying heavily on the larger domains of science and technology. The rate at which fresh, cutting-edge technologies can be propelled from the lab bears a direct connection to the capacity for architectural experts to map out the most desirable eco-conscious constructions for their clients and the natural environment alike.
