It is a true honor to be a part of so many projects that incorporate sustainable design practices throughout the built environment. The recent John W. Olver Design Building on the University of Massachusetts Amherst is a recent example where these practices were harnessed for both the interior and exterior of the building.
Notably, it is the first and largest cross laminated, mass timber (CLT) academic building in the US. Monolithic Membrane 6125® works to keep the project water tight and adds to the sustainability with 40% recycled content.
