The First Internet Bank corporate headquarters is located in the rapidly growing city of Fishers, Indiana. A high level of detail was incorporated into this building’s design, spanning from the exterior to the interior. In addition to the offices, another key feature of this mixed-use development is a dense private amenity terrace on top of the parking garage, overlooking the new Nickel Plate Trail. The proximity of the terrace and trail creates an opportunity for employees and visitors to interact with nature, which is a greatly anticipated feature of the new facility.

The amenity terrace is home to a Hydrotech Garden Roof® Assembly and kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125®.  Hydrotech is grateful for the small role we played on this incredible project!
