Pioneer Plaza is a site just north of the Chicago River and east of the Magnificent Mile; this location is believed to be the original residence and trading post of Jean Baptiste du Sable. The newly renovated plaza features raised lawns, full sized trees, beautiful flower beds, and plenty of space for pedestrians to rest. This dynamic space is worth a visit because it also hosts a list of events, art installations, gatherings, and more.

Did you know that hidden beneath this stunning space is lower level access to the surrounding buildings, parking, and additional vehicle lanes to reduce city traffic? Hydrotech is honored to have Monolithic Membrane 6125’s protecting over 56,000 square feet of this area.
