The Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed 12-story, 96-unit, residential building serves as a portal to The Wharf District. The building’s curvilinear form allows for highly flexible interior layouts, expansive views, daylight deep within each residential unit, and creates a recognizable and distinctive form along the waterfront.

The Wharf Parcel 9 – DC, also known as Amaris, recently won the ‘Best Multifamily High Rise’ from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington for Excellence in Construction Award. Parcel 9 is an ultra-luxury condominium project that is part of Phase 2 of the Wharf. The unique form maximizes views with a stepped façade offering breathtaking views of the harbor and city. The mixed-use residential building features 22,550 square feet of Protected Membrane Roofing and 4,700 square feet of the Garden Roof Assembly.
