Constructed almost entirely of mass timber, the new headquarters strives for Net-Zero Energy, LEED® Platinum certification, and WELL Building Standard with the help of other innovative features. The flagship HQ is protected with Hydrotech® Monolithic Membrane 6125® with minimum 40% recycled content that will keep the building watertight for the lifetime of the structure. There are multiple amenity decks that incorporate the Garden Roof® and Ultimate Assembly® above the waterproofing membrane, offering a single-source warranty. These roof decks are a place where employees, shoppers, and athletes can take in the views of the HQ, sports field, and Patapsco River.
