Our flagship product, Monolithic Membrane 6125® (MM6125), was used for 80,000 sq.ft. of between-slab waterproofing and installed on all of the exposed walking pathways, at the concourse levels, and planter boxes. This project also features roughly 500 sq.ft. of GardNet® assembly and LiteTop® growing media near the stairs and VIP suites to add a dynamic sloped green roof feature.

In addition, 500 sq.ft. of Hydrotech's GardNet® assembly and LiteTop® growing media was installed adjacent to the stairs and VIP suites at SoFi Stadium. GardNet is an innovative option that allows architects and designers to envision and install green roof applications in places they never could before. Additionally, LiteTop growing media allows plants to thrive in rooftop applications. Hydrotech custom blends each LiteTop application based on the physical, nutritional, and biological requirements of the different types of plants selected by the designer. The specifications for each custom-blended growing media takes into account optimal ranges for blend texture, weight, water and air holding capabilities, drainage, physical and chemical characteristics, and biological activity.
