Seaport Parcel K Hotel is located in Boston’s desirable Innovation District. This mixed-use building was completed in 2019 and integrates rental units, boutique hotel rooms, office space, and restaurant/retail space with direct access and views of the waterfront.

This LEED Silver building incorporates amenity space elements at various levels to create vertical interest, some of which include a sky bar, rooftop pool, community terrace, and other outdoor patios. These spaces are proudly being protected by Monolithic Membrane 6125® and were transformed using Hydrotech’s Garden Roof ®, Wood Tile, and Ultimate Assembly®.
