Protected Membrane Roofing, anchored by MM6125®, was chosen to keep critical spaces on this project watertight while supporting extensive and intensive green roofs along with accessible amenity space. The amenity spaces feature Glacier White pavers and IPE Wood Tiles on pedestals set in an open joint assembly, this helps to facilitate the flow of water below the pavers to concealed drains. This feature gives the deck a unified look and eliminates ponding water and trapped moisture.

Ballasted Photovoltaic (PV) panels were also installed atop white-coated Hydroguard panels that provide both insulation and lightweight ballasting, which is adjacent to extensive green roof spaces. The Solar Panel array is just another example of the design flexibilities on the rooftop when a Protected Membrane Roof is installed.
