In 1983 American Hydrotech was chosen to waterproof 55,000 sqft. of plaza in addition to 24,000 sqft. of vertical foundation.

In a 2005 renovation, over 27,000 sqft. of American Hydrotech's Ultimate AssemblyⓇ featuring Hanover Tennessee Flagstone and Limestone Gray Pavers was installed to update the look of the plaza.
