Spanning nine acres, the expansive rooftop garden is not just a beautiful addition; it plays a crucial role in environmental stewardship. With over 409 trees, walking paths, and spaces for collaboration, this rooftop habitat enhances employee well-being while providing significant ecological benefits. It helps to increase urban biodiversity, mitigate the urban heat island effect, and manage stormwater runoff, making it a sustainable oasis in a bustling tech landscape.

Hydrotech is proud to have Monolithic Membrane 6125® recognized as the waterproofing membrane of choice that ensured the rooftop would not leak and gave the design team a blank canvas to create an environment with limitless capabilities. The Garden Roof® Assembly in its entirety covers 440,000 square feet, which includes the unique GardNet® assembly used to construct the two sloped grandstands used for concerts and other large events. The Ultimate Assemble also compliments many areas of the roof with pedestal set pavers that navigate the winding walkways.

MPK20 stands as a testament to how thoughtful design and industry leading technology can work together to create spaces that prioritize both people and the planet.
