Situated on 9 acres, this multifamily and multi-building project offers a unique living experience within Bentonville’s developing Market District. This neighborhood approach promotes social interaction and community engagement by combining elements of both architecture and landscape architecture to bring the residents closer together. Monolithic Membrane 6125® was widely used on multiple buildings and structures to keep critical infrastructure watertight.
