The Cielo Apartments in Washington, D.C. offer incredible views of the surrounding area, from which you can even see the Capitol Building. Completed in 2023, 300 M St. NE set itself apart from the rest of the multifamily buildings by offering amenities that appeal to tenants looking for a tranquil escape from the city, while also strengthening the residential community with its luxury amenities.

Multiple levels of the Cielo apartments were completed with Hydrotech's Garden Roof and Ultimate Assemblies. Of the 87,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, tenants can take a swim in the cascading pool deck, find a quiet corner to read and enjoy the vegetation found on the roof, or play a game of corn hole or giant jenga. We are proud that our assemblies helped to contribute to the building's LEED Gold certification through high levels of sustainable and efficient design.
