Located in Fishers, Indiana, Nickel Plate Station is a mixed-use development and a public-private partnership between the City of Fishers, CRG Residential and Browning Developments. It was built along the old train tracks that are being developed into a walking trail. This building was completed in 2022 and features three (3) separate Hydrotech Garden Roofs®, which are all kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125®.
