Situated in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood with views of a professional baseball park, Anacostia River, Washington Monument and more, 99 M Street SE – Ballpark Square is a modern office space completed in 2018. This project utilized the Garden Roof® and Ultimate Assembly® over Monolithic Membrane 6125®. Various types of vegetation were integrated to the design from sedum with accent plugs to ornamental grasses and perennials. Pavers provide walkway access and patio space for tenants to take in the views.
